• Adapt the reception and integration of a new employee in an optimal way.
• Ensure the qualification and training for the new employee.
• Organize the support of the new employee.
• Carry out the evaluation of the integration of the new employee within the company.

Training offered online in self-study mode. You can follow the lessons and exercises at any time, 24/7, for the duration of your access. A tutor is available by email. A summative evaluation is planned at the end of your training in order to validate your acquired knowledge.
