The “Preparing a Project” course is given at the beginning of the program, which is why it is highly recommended to have previously completed the BS6K skill to ensure a good understanding. This course is linked to the BS6R skill – Preparing a Project. Its objective is to define the product development process, translate customer needs into requirements, design solutions that meet the requirements at the best cost and develop a project plan.
This program is intended for any professional working in an organization, department or project wishing to perfect their knowledge in project management in order to obtain the PMP® / CAPM® certification.

Training offered online in self-study mode. You can follow the lessons and exercises at any time, 24/7, for the duration of your access. A tutor is available by email. A summative evaluation is planned at the end of your training in order to validate your acquired knowledge.
