The course “Concepts and Principles of Project Management” is the first course in the Project Management program. This course is linked to BS6K – Developing an Integrated Vision of Project Management and it establishes the foundations and structure of the entire program.

Training offered online in self-study mode. You can follow the lessons and exercises at any time, 24/7, for the duration of your access. A tutor is available by email. A summative evaluation is planned at the end of your training in order to validate your acquired knowledge.
This program is intended for any professional working in an organization, department or project wishing to perfect their knowledge in project management in order to obtain the PMP® / CAPM® certification.

Training certificate issued upon request, from FormateurPlus, and following validation of the successful completion of the summative assessment. Through these modules, you will have to complete formative exercises and at the end of your course, you will be able to download the Integration Management badge.
