• Distinguish between types of hazards.
• Differentiate between types of microorganisms.
• Distinguish between food poisoning.
• Differentiate between potentially hazardous and non-potentially hazardous foods.
• Distinguish between types of food allergies and intolerances.
• Apply the 5 M method.

Training offered online in self-study mode. You can follow the lessons and exercises at any time, 24/7, for the duration of your access. A tutor is available by email. A summative evaluation is planned at the end of your training in order to validate your acquired knowledge.
